A lot of you have asked where we personally get our roll film developed, so we figured we'd take the opportunity to tell you about one of our all-time favorite photo shops in our hometown of Appleton, Wisconsin: Murray Photo.
Adam and I haven’t lived in Appleton for over a decade, but that doesn’t stop us from continuing to ship our film back “home” where we know it’s in good hands. Pat Murray is a guy who knows what he’s doing after 32 years of business, and has been the stand-alone source for all things photo in Appleton for as long as I can remember.
Pat is still accepting orders for film processing via the mail, and if you’re looking for a trusted source during these uncertain times, you'll find yourself in good hands. Especially if you’re looking to support small business without actually having to visit one in person.
We have always requested matte prints with a white border for a truly special result. Get doubles and snail mail them to your friends. He processes film in batches several times a week, so return time may vary based on when your rolls are received. You can get in touch with Pat via phone 920-733-5885, or visit his website here.
