Polaroid 600 Metallic Baby Pink Folding Instant Film Camera
This camera is one of a kind — the exterior components have been coated in a metallic baby pink color and it has been modified to only accept Polaroid 600 film.
At an annual company meeting in 1972, Polaroid founder Edwin H. Land pulled a folding camera from his jacket pocket and introduced the world to the future of instant photography. It was the first SLR instant camera ever made and the first to use integral instant film featuring the Polaroid Classic Border format - the white frame now considered the quintessential icon of instant photography.
The camera’s collapsible body, manual focusing system and exposure adjustment options give it a perfect blend of form and precision still sought by photographers today.

Its beauty and technical capabilities are ageless, but to ensure it still works like the day it was first made, our team carefully refurbishes every camera by hand from the inside out. Each camera is deconstructed to its base components so its pieces can be checked, cleaned and serviced (or replaced if need be). This also includes a step unique to Retrospekt’s refurbishment process: using proprietary tools to internally recalibrate the shutter to expose true to the light/darken wheel so no compensation is needed in settings with normal lighting. The cameras are then reassembled with fresh, genuine leather covers and film tested to ensure they’re producing excellent exposures for another lifetime of use.
