When will my order ship?
We do our best to get orders out as soon as possible, and most orders ship within three business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a delivery date or provide any delivery estimates once your order has left our workshop. However, you can check the status of your package using the provided tracking number. All projected delivery dates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and are only estimates.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped yet, we should be able to change your shipping address. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can update this information for you.
My order has been marked as shipped, but my tracking number doesn't show any activity. Why is that?
It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. Your package may also be ready to go, but not yet picked up by our mail carrier. Keep checking your tracking link for the latest updates.
My order never arrived, arrived broken, or was not in the condition listed on the website. What do I do?
Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible for further assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re happy to service customers around the world, and we are able to ship most items internationally. We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Czechia, Japan, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Spain, Italy, Israel, Lithuania, Portugal, Latvia, United States, Malta, Estonia, North Macedonia and India. Please note this list is subject to change.
If you get to the checkout page and there are no shipping options available, we are unable to ship to the address you’ve entered.
Which items can’t ship internationally?
Right now, we’re unable to ship the following items outside of the U.S.:
- CD players and radios (Only applies to non-portable, tabletop units)
Will I need to pay duties or taxes on my international order?
International orders may be subject to import duties placed on a package by the receiving country. This is determined on a country-by-country basis at the time it arrives in that country. Retrospekt has no prior knowledge if a package will or will not be subject to an import duty by the receiving country, nor do we know what the cost will be if assigned. Can I order from outside the country to have my package delivered somewhere in the United States?
Most items ship free to addresses within the United States, even if the order is placed from outside the U.S.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Facebook Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
How do I redeem a gift card?
You can enter your gift card number during the final step of checking out.
Can I add items to an order that has already been placed?
Unfortunately, new items cannot be added to existing orders. However, we may be able to package multiple orders in the same package if the order has not yet been packaged. Feel free to reach out to us to coordinate this! Contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
We are able to cancel most orders as long as we’re notified before they have shipped out. After an item leaves our hands, we can no longer cancel the order.
If you need to make changes to your order, contact us at email@example.com. In some cases, we may need to cancel your original order and have you place a new one.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package, as confirmed by tracking information. If you’d like to make a return, please contact us within this 14-day window. All returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
How do I start a return or exchange?

How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return arrives at Retrospekt, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
I opened the items I ordered. Can I still return them?
All items must be in new or unused condition, with original packaging and all parts and components intact and included. Opened items returned in less-than-resellable condition will be subject to an increased restocking fee.
Once removed from its original packaging, we cannot accept returns of the following:
- All instant and roll film
- Disposable cameras
- Koss headphones
- New cassettes, CDs and vinyl
- Vintage novelty film cameras
- Worn and/or laundered apparel
Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Do you charge a restocking fee for returns?
Yes, there is a 5% restocking fee for all returned items. Some items may be subject to an increased restocking fee depending on the condition in which the item was returned.
The item that I ordered doesn’t work like it was described, but I’m not sure if it’s broken.
Reviving, servicing and using vintage electronic devices is a unique and magical experience that can sometimes require a little bit of specialized know-how. Sometimes, a device isn’t broken — there’s just a trick to using it! Our customer service team is always ready to answer any questions you may have about your products. Do you offer in-store shopping?
We do have a small retail space located at 811 E. Vienna Ave. Suite 100 Milwaukee, WI 53212. While the vast majority of our products are not on display in the retail space, we do have some smaller items, including our full film selection and some of our most popular Polaroid cameras, available for purchase.
I live near Retrospekt. Can I pick my order up from your retail space?
Yes! Please select the “Local Pickup” option when placing your order.

The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available?
We’re adding new items to our inventory every day, and that includes restocks. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, and we’ll either text or email you when the item comes back in stock.
