• Retaining original components whenever reasonably possible
• Repairing and replacing components whenever necessary
• Upgrading the iPod to 128GB of flash storage and a new, larger battery
• Cleaning and polishing all internal and external components
• Kitting each iPod with a sync cable and headphones
