Evan Almighty (2007) is a comedy family fantasy directed by Tom Shadyac and starring Steve Carell, Morgan Freeman and Lauren Graham. After being elected to Congress the main character is commanded by a divine message to build an ark before a great flood creating chaos and personal transformation.
