Sony Handycam Vision CCD-TRV615 Hi8 Digital Video Camcorder

Achieve unique video capabilities with this Sony Handycam CCD-TRV615 camcorder. Originally released in 1998, this camera records video to readily findable Hi8 tapes. To digitize the content, the camera has an AV output. We are providing an AV cable that can be connected to anything that receives AV input (e.g. a VCR, an older TV, or an AV-to-USB digitizer like Elgato's Video Capture) as well as a lithium-ion battery and charger so you can dive into the cinematic nostalgia right away!

Note: There is no native way to move the content from this camera to a computer. Moving content to a computer or smartphone will require a third-party dongle and software that allows for AV-to-USB (or similar) transfer and video capture.

Please note the select/push execute dial is touchy but usable and the external speaker is not working (still records sound just fine).
