To find what model number you have, it is usually imprinted somewhere on the device. This could be under the belt clip, on the side of the player, or even inside the battery door. If you are unsure what model you have, send us photos and we can help.

Cassette players will be considered A Grade if the following conditions are met:

• No heavy scuffing or scratches (an inch or longer) that you can feel
• No dented corners (likely caused by dropping)
• The door opens and closes properly
• The pieces that hold the cassette in place are intact on the inside of the Walkman
• All buttons are present.
• If the Walkman model has a battery cover attached by hinge, the battery cover is present.
• Note: Specialty cassette players with unique shapes, colors or special branding must have battery cover as well.

Cassette players will be considered B Grade if the following conditions are met:

• All components are present, with the exception of the battery door.
• The cassette player door must be free of broken parts.
