Black Robe (1991) is a historical drama directed by Bruce Beresford, starring Lothaire Bluteau, Aden Young and Sandrine Holt. In 1634, Jesuit priest Father Laforgue embarks on a perilous journey across the Canadian wilderness to establish a mission among the Huron people.
