Buzz Tone Effect Guitar Pedal
The Buzz Tone is a modern reproduction of the unique and elusive stomp box from the 1960s. This is a boutique, hand-wired effect. It's built to last, using quality components in a pedalboard friendly enclosure.
Distinct from other fuzz effects from its era, this pedal can be best characterized as a “fuzzy boost." Being a Germanium driven unit, it’s easy to clean up your tone by rolling back your guitar’s volume control. Crank the "Depth" control for a warm but not overpowering fuzz. Or, back off the "Depth" and use the "Volume" control to boost your amp into overdrive.
This is purportedly the fuzz effect employed by Syd Barrett during his tenure with The Pink Floyd (whether that's true or not is anyone’s guess). Coupled with some delay/echo, this pedal is quite capable of the characteristic acid guitar tones of songs like “See Emily Play” and “Astronomy Domine.”
