Dirty Dancing (1987) is a romantic drama directed by Emile Ardolino and starring Patrick Swayze, Jennifer Grey and Jerry Orbach. Set during a summer vacation in the Catskills, the film follows a young woman who becomes involved with a dance instructor and discovers confidence, independence and first love.
