General Electric VG-7610 VCR VHS Player
The General Electric VG-7610 is a compact VHS HQ VCR built for straightforward tape playback and recording during the transition into the 1990s home video era. Featuring quartz tuning, frequency synthesized channel control and on-screen display functionality, the unit reflects the growing shift toward easier timer recording and simplified television integration. Rear RF and composite AV connections provide compatibility with standard televisions and cable setups of the period, while the minimalist black chassis and red accent line give the deck a distinctly late-1980s design aesthetic. Its lightweight construction and basic transport controls made it a practical everyday VCR for home movie rentals, television recording and VHS library playback.
Please note that using the rewind function on the remote causes the player to shut off.
Each media player refurbished by Retrospekt is kitted with an RCA or HDMI cable so you can get straight to watching your favorite movies. To make operation convenient, a remote is included unless otherwise noted. If the device's original remote is not available, we provide a universal remote. Please note that universal remotes may present some control limitations from device to device.
