Highlander (1986) is a fantasy action-adventure film directed by Russell Mulcahy, starring Christopher Lambert, Roxanne Hart and Sean Connery. The plot follows Connor MacLeod, a Scottish Highlander born in the 16th century who discovers he's part of a group of immortals destined to battle until only one remains. The film weaves between past and present, culminating in a final showdown in 1985 New York City.
