Released in 1985, Hounds of Love is Kate Bush’s fifth studio album and one of the most influential art-pop records of the decade. The cassette includes defining tracks like “Running Up That Hill (A Deal with God),” “Cloudbusting,” and “Hounds of Love,” balancing synth-driven pop with more experimental composition. The album saw a major resurgence after “Running Up That Hill” featured prominently in Stranger Things, where it becomes closely associated with Max Mayfield. Long regarded as a landmark release in Bush’s catalog, Hounds of Love continues to resonate across generations and cultural moments.

Every cassette tape we sell is individually inspected, cleaned and rewound before being added to our inventory. We check for mold, examine the tape shell for damage, inspect felt pressure pads and replace them when needed to help ensure reliable playback.
We also verify that original J-cards and artwork are present and intact whenever applicable. To keep collections looking their best, all standard cassette releases are housed in new jewel cases.
We're picky about condition, presentation and playability, and only offer tapes we'd be happy to add to our own collections. While vintage media may show some signs of age, we do our best to ensure every cassette arrives clean, complete and ready to enjoy.
