With fixed focus and no internal metering, the S100EF is best paired with ISO 100, 200, or 400 film — ideally chosen with an external meter or a bit of intuition. The built-in flash helps in low-light situations, and the camera runs on two standard AA batteries. A wrist strap is included for easy portability.
