NASA: 25 Years (1995) is a two-volume documentary VHS set that showcases pivotal missions from NASA’s early spaceflight history. Volume 5 includes “On the Shoulder of Giants,” covering Apollo 17 with astronauts Eugene Cernan, Ronald Evans and Harrison Schmitt, and “Mission of Apollo-Soyuz,” which highlights the first joint U.S.–Soviet mission. Volume 6 features “Skylab: The First 40 Days,” documenting the launch and early challenges of Skylab, and “Four Rooms, Earth View,” which follows Skylab’s science and life aboard the space station. Actor E.G. Marshall hosts and narrates part of the series.
