Olympus ∞ Infinity Stylus 35mm Point and Shoot Film Camera
The Olympus Infinity Stylus is a sleek, compact 35mm point-and-shoot camera released in the early 1990s — the U.S. counterpart to the popular µ[mju:] sold internationally. With its distinctive clamshell design and weather-resistant build, it was designed to be truly pocketable and ready for just about anything.
The camera features a sharp 35mm f/3.5 lens, known for its excellent contrast and clarity — easily outperforming expectations for a compact camera of its time. Autofocus is fast and reliable, and the built-in flash includes several automatic and manual modes, including a useful red-eye reduction setting.
Film loading is fully automatic, and DX-coded film is read from ISO 50–3200, making it compatible with a wide range of stocks. It’s simple, durable, and capable — a true snapshot workhorse that helped define the golden age of compact film cameras.
