Olympus XA 35mm Rangefinder Film Camera
The Olympus XA is a compact 35mm rangefinder camera introduced in 1979. It features a 35mm f/2.8 Zuiko lens with manual focus and aperture control, paired with a coupled rangefinder for precise focusing. The clamshell design protects the lens when closed and powers the camera when opened. Exposure is aperture-priority automatic, with a built-in CdS light meter and optional detachable flash units. Despite its small size, the XA offers full manual control over focus and aperture, making it one of the most advanced pocket cameras of its time.
