Nice accessory to have! Doesn't seem to stay in super securely though. Not sure if it's the same with all of them.

Along with a tripod and screw in base for camera, this shutter release is essential for a in-focus picture. Fits and works perfectly.
Works great, wanted a remote shutter button for lowlight photos.
Does what it says it does... could stand to be a bit longer though.
I was slightly concerned with how it would work with a sonar based SX-70, but it works fine with it. You just need to compose your shot before you plug in the remote shutter.
The remote shutter release is better than the original—sturdy and made to last.
Excellent retro design for my Polaroid Sx 70 … it was shit fast happy with purchase.
The fit and finish on this product is excellent. At first, I couldn't make it work. Then, after trying several more times, it works great! I'm guessing the contacts on my camera were dirty. I got in touch with Retrospekt and by the time they got back to me (which was promptly) I'd gotten it to work.
Looks really nice, but only been able to use it once so far. It took me a minute to actually get it to take the photo, not sure if it was a connection issue or not. Looking forward to using it more, the photo I did take with it turned out fantastic.
Just what the sx70 needed
I love every item I've ever bought from Retrospekt (Polaroid cameras/accessories) and they also did a great repair on a Mint unit for me. Great products, great company, great customer service.

Works great. Feels very solid and of a high quality. The cord is a bit short but that’s very minor. I like this a lot.
