Samsung HT-E3500 Blu-Ray DVD Player
The Samsung HT-E3500 is a Blu-ray player designed to function as the main unit in a Samsung 5.1 home-theater system. It provides 1080p Blu-ray playback along with support for standard DVDs and audio CDs. The front panel includes a concealed disc tray, simple playback controls, and a USB port for supported media files.
On the back, it offers HDMI out, composite video out, and an optical digital audio output, along with speaker terminals for connecting Samsung’s matching surround-sound speakers. A LAN port was originally included for BD-Live features and basic network use. As part of an all-in-one system, this model combines disc playback with built-in audio amplification.
As a reminder, all Blu-ray players can play DVDs, but DVD players cannot play Blu-ray discs.
