Scooby-Doo: The Headless Horseman of Halloween (1996) is a Halloween-themed VHS release from Cartoon Network featuring classic episodes of the Scooby-Doo series. In “The Headless Horseman of Halloween,” Scooby, Shaggy and Scooby-Dum investigate a jewel thief haunting Crane Manor.
