Cyberbabies 1 & 2, a handmade industrial/electronic cassette compilation by Michael Welch, recorded on Type II High Bias tapes. The handmade J-card has notes about the recording. Gave it a quick listen, everything is in great working condition. Tape 2 is a bit on the quieter side but a comfortable volume if turned all the way up. 

Tracks from Assemblage 23, Haloblack, Pain Station, Noxioius Emotions and other EBM projects from the 90s. A wild find!
