This item is: 

A vintage Polaroid 600 magnet. Looks like it can be broken apart to make several smaller magnets, and then use the frame for putting a Polaroid photo on the fridge. I didn't personally try it, but something tells me these may not be magnetic enough to actually hold a Polaroid to a fridge... But who knows!
