Even though this unit is several decades old, it sounds just as good as it did when it first came out of the box. This WM-AF23/BF23 has been completely disassembled and inspected by our team of skilled technicians. The drive belts, idler tires and pinch wheels have all been replaced. The playback speed has been painstakingly calibrated, the volume potentiometer has been deoxidized and the tapehead has been clean and demagnetized. All outer housings have also been polished.
If you're getting into cassette tapes for the first time or revisiting an old music format, do it on a Sony Walkman for consistent, reliable audio performance. The WM-AF23/BF23 also includes a tested and working radio, allowing you to seamlessly switch between NPR and The Clash with the flip of a switch.
Please note this little player had an entire life before Retrospekt. It will show signs of previous usage, but it is guaranteed to be working, clean, and restored. Due to the refurbished nature of the product, the item you receive may show some light wear and vary slightly from what is pictured.
