Tiger Electronics 2-XL Robot Cassette Player
The Tiger Electronics 2-XL is an interactive educational robot mono cassette player designed for question-and-answer learning through audio tapes. When using original 2-XL tapes, the robot can respond to user input through four front-panel answer buttons labeled A, B, C and D. The device features a single speaker with no stereo separation or high-fidelity audio capabilities. While originally intended to be an interactive, voice-based educational toy, the 2-XL can play standard cassette tapes as well.
Please note, these bottom buttons will only work with the original 2-XL tapes built for the device. In addition, when lowering the volume it's possible to go beyond it's quiet point, causing audio to increase in volume.
