Universal Soldier: The Return VHS Tape

Universal Soldier: The Return (1999) is a science fiction action film directed by Mic Rodgers and starring Jean-Claude Van Damme, Michael Jai White and Heidi Schanz. The film follows Luc Deveraux, a former Universal Soldier who, now fully human, works as a technical expert for the U.S. government. When the military's supercomputer S.E.T.H. becomes self-aware and takes control of the new generation of UniSols, Deveraux must stop the rogue AI and its army.
