Batman & Robin: Music From And Inspired By The "Batman & Robin" Motion Picture Cassette Tape

Sale price$ 8.00

Released in 1997 alongside Batman & Robin, Batman & Robin: Music From and Inspired By the Motion Picture leans heavily into the neon-drenched, larger-than-life energy of the film itself. The soundtrack pulls together a stacked late-’90s lineup including Smashing Pumpkins’ “The End Is the Beginning Is the End,” R.E.M.’s “Revolution,” Bone Thugs-n-Harmony’s “Look Into My Eyes” and “Lazy Eye” by Goo Goo Dolls. More of a snapshot of alternative rock, electronic and hip-hop in 1997 than a traditional film score, the album has since become a cult favorite for fans of both superhero soundtracks and late-CD-era MTV aesthetics. Presented here on cassette.
