Western Electric Brown Rattan Telephone
This Western Electric push-button desk telephone dates to the 1970s and reflects the period’s experimentation with materials and texture. The brown molded housing is paired with woven rattan-style panels set into the base, giving it a distinctly domestic, almost furniture-like presence. It uses a standard 12-button Touch-Tone keypad with modular handset cord and integrated cradle switch.
