The Yashica Electro 35 is a 35mm rangefinder known for its sharp 45mm f/1.7 Yashinon DX lens and smooth, quiet operation. First introduced in the 1960s, it features aperture-priority auto exposure, with a built-in light meter guiding shutter speed selection for accurate, well-balanced shots.
With a manual focus system and a shutter range from 30s to 1/500s + bulb, it excels in both low-light and long-exposure photography. Powered by a 6V 28L battery, the Electro 35 remains a favorite among film photographers for its classic design, reliable metering, and bright viewfinder.
