This cassette player has been expertly refurbished by our analog electronics gurus. This unit has new drive belts, a calibrated playback speed, a deoxidized volume potentiometer, and demagnetized tapehead. All components have been gingerly polished by our refurb technicians. 

Please note this little player had an entire life before Retrospekt. It will show signs of previous usage, but it is guaranteed to be working, clean, and restored. Due to the refurbished nature of the product, the item you receive may show some light wear and vary slightly from what is pictured.

What is a B Grade?

B-grade cassette players have been refurbished by our team and are fully tested and functional. However, they may not be in the best cosmetic condition and will feature some combination of scuffs, paint chips and other imperfections. While they may not be ready for the meticulous collector, they still work great and they still deserve love. So we're selling them at a discounted rate!

The B-grade cassette player pictured is the exact one you will receive. This specific cassette player is missing the Barbie stickers on the front.  Please reference all photos for an accurate depiction of the Walkman's condition.
