Vintage Refurbished [ℹ]

This vintage Polaroid 600 Sun645 CL is likely an early-production version of what would eventually be called the Sun660.

If you haven't caught on to Polaroid's naming schematic, the 600 series follows a format of 600, 610, 620, 630, 640, 650, 660, etc. The 610/620 are the non-flash Amigo style cameras, the 640 is the first 600 model with a built in flash which debuted in 1981, and the 660 is the autofocus model we all know and love today. Occasionally we see models named with the half-step denomination such as 645, but it is fairly unusual.

This camera is part of the collection from a former Polaroid employee. Carefully stored for decades in Boston, these cameras and other paraphernalia eventually made their way to Retrospekt. We are slowly releasing bits and pieces from this incredible collection, much of which is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to own with pieces we've never seen before.
