When my 690 SLR suddenly stopped working after years of perfect operation, I was worried that I'd need to go into hock for a new expensive body. However, once I learned of Retrospekt's repair service and reached out for repair details, I sent off my camera for repair and servicing. I was not disappointed - the camera came back weeks later carefully packed and functioning just like new! Retrospekt's staff were friendly and always responsive regarding repair status updates and shipping preferences. I'm having fun shooting polas again and will definitely continue sending my SLR bodies to their expert technicians for servicing in the future!
