Pre-Production Polaroid Spirit 600 Red Amway Instant Film Camera

This is one of two Amway Polaroid cameras, and they are a bit of a mystery. Coming from a former Polaroid employee, we can confirm that they are legitimate cameras that were somehow involved with Polaroid, but to the best of our knowledge the Amway cameras never went to market. The decals next to the flash and above the film shield have a very pre-production feel, which leads us to believe these were just conceptual sample cameras. This model is missing the sticker inside the film door that indicates what film to use.

This camera is part of the collection from a former Polaroid employee. Carefully stored for decades in Boston, these cameras and other paraphernalia eventually made their way to Retrospekt. We are slowly releasing bits and pieces from this incredible collection, much of which is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to own with pieces we've never seen before.
