After finding my OneStep for a good price, I knew it was a camera I wanted to get working. Retrospekt was my go-to for getting the work done, and the service was fantastic and so thorough! My test shots so far have turned out wonderfully, big thank you to the tech/techs who worked on it!

Sent out my onestep land camera to have it restored and converted to shoot 600 film. Camera looks great and functions beautifully.
We sent Retrospekt a Polaroid OneStep Land Camera with original components that was unused for several years. We replaced the old film cartridge and our camera ejected the discard film but failed to take a photo with the shutter button. The camera came back to us cleaned and functional with a comprehensive report of components that were cleaned, repaired, and/or replaced. Our second favorite part of the repair was the box that our camera was repackaged in and some surprise vinyl stickers. We will return to Retrospekt should we need a repair service again!
Quick, affordable and amazing service. My Polaroid stopped working unexpectedly and they fixed it! It’s so much nicer to use my original one than to have to buy a new one.

I have a bad habit of buying old polaroids but Retrospekt is always there to restore them to working order. I trust them to always turn them around quickly and without fuss. Customer service is great and there's no dead zones in communication. I hope someday they start repairing the really old pack film cameras too.

I found an SX70 at an estate sale one day and figured I would buy it since it was priced at $20. I knew nothing about using a polaroid and when I got home my Googling led me to Retrospekt.com where I saw the opportunity to have my new camera cleaned and tuned up. I sent my camera off to have it serviced and when it was returned to me I had my film ready to load and I was eager to start capturing images. Thank you for resetting my camera to its original glory and for helping me start off my new hobby on a good foot!

I love Retrospekt! I don't have the words for how happy they made me. We found my dad's #sx70 #polariod #camera. Last year. I have been using it on and off. A few months ago it #stoppedworking. Made a #squealingsound when trying to load the film. A search revealed it will need #repair. I found retrospekt_ . It was so east. One #flatfee includes #shipping and #repair. We I got it back it was like getting a #newcamera. Comes in a new box, and user guide and was so clean. Get a #listofservices. It works #likeadream. They kept the #maskingtape on the bottom where my dad put his #name. I'm getting ready to send off my #600sun #polariod camera. i’d tried tinkering with my mother’s vintage SX-70 to no success, fortunately Retrospekt was up for the task. no joke, they took the camera and fully restored it with care and attention to detail, and now it works flawlessly. even the unboxing experience of my own camera was handled witn great finesse. easily worth every penny.
I hunted around for someone to repair my vintage polaroid and Retrospekt were more than I hoped for! Super easy communication with customer service, they were prompt in responding to my emails and questions, let me know what to expect and followed through. When I received my camera back I was blown away by the restorative work and the way they packaged everything for shipping! Truly the best!!

I honestly could not be more impressed with Retrospekt's work. They paid for shipping both ways and fixed AND cleaned my ancient Polaroid OneStep from Goodwill. The service was quick, and they mailed it right back in some really fun, branded packaging with plenty of protection for the camera during shipping. They also included instructions on how to use the camera (extra mile wow!) and included a few stickers. The camera works like a dream and is so fun to use. If you're looking for repairs, seriously don't hesitate to send it to them. I can't believe how cheap it was for everything I got. 11/10 great experience!
Found a used plastic SX-70 camera at a thrift store that didn’t end up working and sent it in to have Retrospekt give it the once over. And boy did they! This thing looks great! Freshened it up and replaced all of the wore out components. This thing is a lot more fun than I expected and super easy to shoot with. Thanks Retrospekt!

Retrospekt is amazing! They offer a service that is challenging to find locally and the flat-rate is an incredible perk. Knowing that I could mail my grandfather's polaroid camera across the country, have their staff do whatever it would take to fix it up, AND mail it back to me, all for ONLY $65, was just HUGE. I am so excited to put my "new" refurbished camera that has been sitting in a basement somewhere for many years to good use. Thank you, Retrospekt!! :)
